PTA-Adhoc: Dr. Hönle AG: Hönle Group adjusts forecast for the 2022/2023 FY and provides outlook on the 2023/2024 FY

Gilching (pta044/05.12.2023/20:00) - The Management Board expected for the Hönle Group, sales of €100 million to €105 million, an adjusted operating result (EBIT adjusted) of €5.5 million to €6.5 million and an operating result (EBIT ) between €7 million and €8 million in the 2022/2023 financial year. Based on current knowledge, the Management Board expects sales and adjusted operating profit (EBIT adjusted) for the Hönle Group, each to be slightly above the target corridors in the 2022/2023 financial year. The operating result (EBIT) is expected to be about €2 million below the target corridor.
Outlook
For the 2023/2024 financial year the Management Board expects sales of between €105 million and €115 million and an operating result of between €6 million and €9 million for the Hönle Group. All business segments of the Hönle Group are expected to achieve a positive operating result and a positive operating cash flow overall.
As planned, Hönle AG will publish preliminary figures for the 2022/2023 financial year on December 7th, 2023.The 2022/2023 annual report will be published on January 30, 2024.
